Requirements and Eligibility Criteria MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2024 for Students from Developing Countries
- Must be from a developing country as per the OECD DAC List.
- Must not have lived outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.
- Hold at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus a further degree) with above-average results.
- Received their last degree no more than six years before applying.
- Have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public authority or state/private company in a developing country.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full MIPLC fee waiver.
- Monthly stipend.
- Payments towards health, accident, and liability insurance coverage in Germany.
- Travel allowance.
- Mandatory two-month German course before the start of the MIPLC.
