MTN Foundation Scholarships 2023
The MTN Foundation (MTNF) is currently receiving applications for its annual scholarships awarded to students of tertiary education in Nigeria for it’s MTN Foundation Scholarships 2023/2024 academic year. This program is eligible to Undergraduate candidates.
This scholarship is a partially funded opportunity that offers N 200,000 annually to qualified Nigeria Undergraduate students. This program is sponsored by MTN Foundation and is to be taken in Nigeria. The flagship program since 2010, open to eligible 300 level students studying Science & Technology-related courses, in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education). 300 successful students are awarded scholarships worth N200,000.00 annually till graduation, provided they maintain the required grades.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for MTN Foundation Scholarships 2023:
To be considered for the MTN Foundation Scholarships 2023, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
Institution of Study
- MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS) and MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (SBS) is open to Nigerian students in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
Course of Study
- MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS) is open to 300 level students studying Science & Technology related courses, in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
- MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (SBS) is open to 200 & 300 level Blind students studying any course in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
Level of Study
- MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (STS) is open to students who have completed their second semester 200 level examinations going to 300 level and students currently in their 300 level
- MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (SBS) is open to 200 & 300 level blind students in any Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
- Applicants for STS are required to possess a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 depending on the program the are currently on
- Applicants for SBS are required to have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.0 or 2.5, also depending on their programs
