Requirements and eligibility criteria Atlas Corps Fellowship and Leadership Development 2024 Programs
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (oral, writing, reading).
- Age 35 or younger at the start of the Fellowship.
- Open to citizens from most countries (except the U.S.).
- Must commit to returning to home country after the 12-month Blended Fellowship.
- Must be committed to addressing critical social issues in your country or region.
- Must agree to live on a basic stipend covering food, shared housing, and local transportation.
- Must have two or more years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Communications and Marketing
- Monitoring and Evaluation / Data Analysis
- Operations & Human Resources
- Partnership-Building and Business Development
- Program and Project Management
