NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2025 Program

NVIDIA is deeply committed to providing up to $60,000 for PhD students on projects that could help to further their computing skills and accelerate computing and its uses. Not just that NVIDIA also supports students in furthering their academic pursuits in artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and related fields.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;
- Must have completed the first year of PhD studies at the time of application.
- Must be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be actively engaged in research for their PhD thesis.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time PhD student during the 2025-2026 academic year and should not expect to graduate before May/June 2026.
- Must be available for an in-person summer internship at an NVIDIA research office in the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, or Taiwan.
- Must not be an immediate family member of a current NVIDIA employee.

Application Procedures (How to apply);

Make sure to upload your research summary or thesis proposal (up to 2 pages with a bibliography) and your resume/CV, including contact information. You’ll also need to provide at least one professor nomination letter from your thesis advisor, with the option to include up to three letters in total. Finally, confirm your availability for a summer internship by submitting the necessary documentation.
