The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) entails the announcement of an annual internship summer program for selected university students who are outstanding so that they can be equipped with a head start to their early corporate career through participation in challenging tasks part of the internship that offers a chance to put to real-life experience.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) 2024 for National and International Students:
- Applicants must be university undergraduates.
- Have completed at least two years of their degree.
- Be on track for a First Class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent.
- Be available to physically resume the program in June 2024, if successful.
