The Seplat Energy Graduate scheme is designed to take 4-6 years; the scheme is intended to assist the organization in identifying, training, and developing talents in the firm. In this connection, it is postulated that the participants will be involved in practical activities with clear patterns that will be aimed at the acquisition of professionalism in their areas of specialization and improve their employability in the job market.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria Seplat Energy Graduate Trainee Scheme 2024 for Young Graduates
- Must be graduates
- Must have a minimum of a second-class upper-division degree or equivalent in any of the following fields:
Sciences and Engineering:
- Geology
- Geophysics
- Petrophysics
- Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics, Process, Industrial)
- Industrial Chemistry
- Chemistry
Social Sciences:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Law
- Business Administration
- Mass Communication
- Must have a minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English Language) in one sitting in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or the equivalent
- Must have completed NYSC or have an exception certificate (where applicable)
