Prism Foundation Scholarships 2024 in USA
It is with great pleasure that, the Prism Foundation opens the registration for the 2024 scholarships! These are renewed, branded scholarships ranging from $1000 to $5000 for exceptional students engaged in the API and/or LGBTQIA+ experiences.
For undergraduate and graduate students, the scholarships are funded for students in accredited post-secondary institutions within the United States of America. This opportunity is open to students from all nations, including those studying at CCs, Universities, and Trade/ Vocational Schools. - Must be attending an accredited post-secondary institution in the USA for the upcoming academic year.
- Open to students at community colleges, universities, and trade/vocational schools.
- Should demonstrate a strong history of engagement within the Asian & Pacific Islander (API) and/or LGBTQIA+ communities.
- International students and non-U.S. citizens are eligible if enrolled in a U.S. accredited institution.
- Study abroad programs funded through a U.S. accredited institution are eligible.
- All applicants are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those who identify with the API and/or LGBTQIA+ communities.
Benefits:
- Recipients can receive scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000.
- Disbursement: Scholarship funds will be sent directly to the recipient’s institution’s financial aid office.
- Additional Requirements: Recipients may need to provide a video testimonial and consent for parts of their application to be used in Prism Foundation’s publications and reports.
- Award Ceremony: An award ceremony is usually held at the Community Connections event in the Bay Area.
