The University of South Australia is pleased to announce their ongoing application for the Placement Grant for 2024. These grants are opened only to highly intellectual students who wish to further their academics in Australia.

The $1000 – $2000 Per Term worth scholarship is to help and support final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students who need to undertake placements as part of their studies. Australian citizens or permanent residents are eligible to enroll in undergraduate or postgraduate programs at the University of South Australia.

Requirements and eligibility Criteria Placement Grant 2024 at University of South Australia

Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a Permanent Humanitarian visa.
Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at the University of South Australia.
Placement duration must be at least 110 hours (19 days) in a continuous block.
Placement must be confirmed through the InPlace placement system.
Must relocate from a metropolitan to a rural/remote location, or vice versa, for the placement.
Must demonstrate financial disadvantage.
Must not have previously received the UniSA Placement Grant and should not be receiving any other placement grant.

Application Procedures for Placement Grant 2024 at University of South Australia (How to apply);

Applications for the UniSA Placement Grant open four times a year: in January, April, July, and September. Students are advised to apply before their placement begins and only after it’s confirmed in the InPlace system. To apply, students should log into my UniSA, navigate to ‘my Current Studies,’ and click on ‘my Scholarships’ to access the application portal.
