The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a beginner-friendly program designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and connections for a rewarding career in international development.
The Islamic Development Bank Young Professionals Program 2024 is a talent development initiative aimed at equipping young professionals from the 57 Member Countries with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for careers in international development. This program offers participants 24 months of professional experience, including job rotations at IsDB headquarters and regional hubs. Successful candidates are guaranteed employment upon graduation. The program provides various benefits, including an internationally competitive tax-free salary, group personal accident insurance, education allowance, annual tickets, and medical coverage for staff and dependents.
