Requirements and eligibility criteria;
- Date of Birth: Born on or after October 1, 1992 (this requirement cannot be waived).
- Nationality: Must be from a World Bank Group member country, as shown by your passport or equivalent document.
- Work Experience: At least 4 years of full-time work experience after completing undergraduate studies. Doctoral research and relevant part-time work or internships may count towards this.
- Educational Qualification: Completing a master’s degree or equivalent before September 1, 2025. Pursuing a doctorate must be substantially complete, with all written work submitted before this date.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
