The Slovakian Government fully finances the studies and the professional moving of international students, doctoral candidates, university teachers, researchers, and artists within the scope of a comprehensive scholarship program. Through this initiative, these individuals can undertake either postgraduate or research projects in Spanish universities or research organisations among the year 2024/25. Slovakian government carry out this scholarship for spreading the cross-cultural exchange, knowledge sharing, and collaborative academic and art-making interactions among others.

Requirements and eligibility criteria for Slovak Government National Scholarship 2024:
- Applicants must be students from universities outside of Slovakia.
- Applicants must be students pursuing a master’s degree or have completed at least 2.5 years of their university studies in the same program.
- Applicants must be on a study stay in Slovakia as part of their higher education outside of Slovakia and have been accepted by a public, private, or state university in Slovakia for academic mobility.
- Applicants can be Ph.D. students whose higher education or scientific training is taking place outside of Slovakia and have been accepted by a public, private, or state university or research institution in Slovakia for academic mobility to study, conduct research, or pursue an artistic stay.
- International university teachers, researchers, and artists who have been invited to a teaching, research, or artistic stay in Slovakia by an eligible institution with a valid certificate to conduct research and development, which is not a business company and is based in Slovakia.

Application Procedure for Slovak Government National Scholarship 2024 (How to apply);
To apply for the Slovakian Government National Scholarship 2024, international students must submit an online application through the designated application portal. The online application system is made available at least 6 weeks before the application deadline, giving potential applicants ample time to prepare and submit their materials. This allows interested students to access the platform and complete their application within the specified timeframe.
