The University of Liverpool is a public research university in Liverpool, England. University of Liverpool Humanitarian Scholarship

This scholarship is open to support people who have recognized status as either refugees or are under humanitarian protection under the 1951 Refugee Convention. This status must be held outside of the UK. The awards cover full tuition fees, visas and support for accommodation and living expenses.

Vice-Chancellor’s International Attainment Scholarship – PGT

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Attainment Scholarship (PGT) rewards high-achieving international students (including students from the EU) starting a postgraduate taught master’s program in 2022. The scholarship provides a £2,500 tuition fee reduction for beneficiaries.

Postgraduate Progression Award – International

This scholarship is available to current international University of Liverpool undergraduate or alumni, including Study Abroad and Exchange students and students from Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, progressing to either a full or part-time new postgraduate taught program you’re eligible to receive our Postgraduate Progression Award: a £2,500 reduction in tuition fees if you have a first class undergraduate degree, or a 10% reduction in fees if you have a 2:1 or 2:2.

Sport Liverpool Scholarships

The University offers scholarships worth up to £2,000 to talented athletes competing at national and regional levels. The scholarship is open to Home, EU and international students.

Chevening Scholarships

The University, in partnership with Chevening, is delighted to offer this generous scholarship to students who are studying a master’s program and who have future leadership potential. The scholarship provides full funding of tuition fees and living costs stipend for students studying a master’s program.

University of Liverpool Commonwealth Postgraduate Bursary

The University of Liverpool Commonwealth Postgraduate Bursary fee reduction for students from Commonwealth countries new to studying at the University of Liverpool on master’s programs provides up to £2,000 fee reduction for commonwealth students studying all subjects.

Marshall Scholarships

One scholarship is available for a master’s student from the US to cover the cost of tuition fees. Another, to the value of £20,000, is available for Doctoral study.

Fulbright Scholarships

One scholarship is available for a master’s student from the US and another is available for a postgraduate research student to undertake a three to six month research stay from the US. A £20,000 tuition fees is applied for a master’s student with £2,500 monthly living stipend for a postgraduate research student.

FIDERH Award

Postgraduate students studying a master’s program or PhD can apply for this graduate loan providing up to 20% reduction in tuition fees for postgraduate taught and research programs.

Management School MSc Scholarships and Study Awards

A range of generous scholarships and study awards are available to help cover the cost of MSc tuition fees. No additional application is necessary for these awards; eligible students will be considered for our scholarships once they have received a program offer. Applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis so early program application is advised.

Management School MBA Scholarships and Study Awards

A generous scholarships and study awards are available to help cover the cost of MBA tuition fees. These scholarships are allocated at the discretion of the University of Liverpool and the decision is final. Please note, additional funding is provided by the University and may possibly be combined with the Management School scholarships and study awards.

University of Liverpool International College (UoLIC) Excellence Scholarship

The University of Liverpool will award five University of Liverpool International College students, who achieve the highest academic excellence (minimum 75%) in their UoLIC Pre-Master’s program, the prestigious UoLIC Excellence scholarship.
