Requirements and eligibility criteria;
- Founders must be nationals of an African country.
- Startups should be registered and operate within Africa.
- Must have been in operation for at least one year.
- Solutions must address development challenges.
- It must be technology-based.
- A Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) is required (regulated and licensed if needed).
- Must have existing corporate governance and accountability systems.
- Limited to citizens of African Union member states.
