Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;

International Students:

  • Applicants must be international students.

Undergraduate Program:

  • Must have a senior high school diploma from an overseas school or a foreign/bilingual school in Taiwan.
  • The diploma must be recognized by M.O.E. (Ministry of Education) and verified by the R.O.C. (Republic of China) representative office.
  • School of Post-Baccalaureate

Medicine:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a university or independent college recognized by M.O.E.
  • The degree must be verified by the R.O.C. representative office.
    If the study was completed according to Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, a certificate confirming admission via the International Students Admission Channel is required.

Master’s Program:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a university or independent college recognized by M.O.E.
  • The degree must be verified by the R.O.C. representative office.
  • If the study was completed per Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations
  • Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, the same certificate of admission is required.

Ph.D. Program:

Must hold a Master’s degree or higher from a university or independent college recognized by M.O.E.
The degree must be verified by the R.O.C. representative office.
If the study was completed under Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, a certificate confirming admission via the International Students Admission Channel is required.

Type B:

  • Annual amount: NTD 80,000–140,000
  • Includes: Accommodation and tuition fee coverage.

Type C:

  • Annual amount: NTD 70,000–80,000
  • Includes: Tuition fee coverage only.

Eligibility by Degree:

  • Undergraduate students: Eligible for Type C only.
  • Master’s students: Eligible for Type B and Type C.
  • Ph.D. students: Eligible for Type A, Type B, and Type C.
  • Note: Following these instructions is essential for a successful application.

Application Procedures (How to apply);

  • Visit the Application Website and select either [Undergraduate Program] or [Master/Ph.D.] based on the degree you wish to apply for.
  • Create an account to start the application process. Applicants can apply to a maximum of 3 programs.
  • Carefully read and agree to the Declaration. Ensure all required fields are filled out; incomplete applications won’t be saved.
  • Upload the required documents and submit the application fee (for Post-Baccalaureate Medicine applicants only). All documents must be uploaded by the application deadline.
  • Print, sign, and scan the completed application form, then upload the signed version.
  • Provide details of at least two referees for each program you’re applying to.
  • Once everything is filled out and uploaded, click the Submit Application button to finalize the process.
