Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Program 2023
The Fulbright Students Scholarship Program 2023 opens yearly with a maximum of 4000 Scholarships given to eligible and qualified students. Foreign students from across Africa, Asia, Middle East, Europe and Eurasia, the Americans and more can take part in this fully funded scholarship opportunity to study in the United States.
This Scholarship Program enables applicants pursuing masters, PhD and non-degree postgraduates studies to partake and conduct research in the United States. The scholarship is open to all nationalities of about 160 countries. About 4,000 scholarships are awarded to qualified students per year and is fully-funded depending on the program for those not financially stable in completing their academics and is sponsored by US Government.

Requirement and eligibility criteria for the Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Program 2023/2024:
- Fulbright scholarship or the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is open to students of all nationalities. However, program eligibility and selection procedures vary widely by country.
- If your country is not listed on the dropdown (see application procedures), then you are not eligible to apply.
- Basically, you must have completed undergraduate education and hold a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree to be able to enroll for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program
- Academic excellence may also be taken into consideration during selection
Scholarship Benefits
The Fulbright scholarships (USA) provides full funding to its beneficiaries and generally covers the grant funds tuition, textbooks, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance.
