This internship program is organized by Polaris Bank Limited, Nigeria and is located in Nigeria. Identified talents with requisite experience and competencies to fill strategic roles go through a rigorous screening and interview process with Officers from Middle Management to Executive Management level. As part of its continuous initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency and effectiveness across its branch network.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for Polaris Graduate Intensive Trainee Programme 2023:
- Applicants must have Minimum of B.Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC and awarded a discharge certificate.
- Possess Five (5) ‘Level Credits that include English and Mathematics at not more than 1 sitting; WAEC or NECO Certificate is required.
- Age not more than 25 years old by December 31, 2023. (National Population Birth Certificate require Declaration of Age is not acceptable).
