For the 2023/2024 session, Access Bank is presently looking for exceptional and highly motivated young Africans to join its Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) and help it become Africa’s Gateway to the World. Candidates with a Bachelor‘s degree may apply for this program.

This internship program is organized by Access Bank and is located at Access Bank Branches Across Africa. Young African Graduates interested in learning tech-forward skills to kick-start careers in the banking industry are empowered by providing them with hands-on learning opportunities in fields such as Programming, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Networking or Cyber-security to develop mastery of highly sought-after tech skills. This program is eligible to Bachelor degree candidates.

The Entry Level Trainee Program (ELTP) consist of two programs which includes the ELTP-GRAD and the ELTP-RETAIL. Interested candidates can choose any of the ELTP programs to apply depending on their career outlook and skills.
