Green Futures’ Postgraduate Taught Scholarships 2024/25
Interested applicants should note that the application for Green Futures’ Postgraduate Taught Scholarships at the University of Exeter is open for suitably qualified students for the 2024/25 academic year. This opportunity is only available to students or professionals based in low and lower-middle-income countries who have the interest and have been limited financially towards achieving their sustainability goals.
These scholarships are intended for outstanding master’s students who are citizens of a country other than the United States of America and would add to the diversity of the University. These include full scholarships where tuition is fully sponsored alongside a living allowance enabling you to complete your studies without the additional stress and issues arising out of inadequate funding. - Have not previously studied or worked in a High-Income country.

Application Procedures (How to apply);
To be considered for a Green Futures Postgraduate Taught Scholarship, you need to have an offer for one of the eligible Masters’s programs. Once you have your offer, simply complete the application form provided here.
As part of the application, you’ll need to write a personal statement (maximum of 500 words). In your statement, you should address the following:
- Why have you chosen this program? How does it relate to building a Green Future in your home country?
- How have you already worked towards sustainability? Describe your efforts, whether on your own or with others, to support sustainable development or environmental projects in your country.
- What are you looking to achieve at Exeter? What do you hope to gain from your studies, and how do you plan to contribute to the University of Exeter community? How would receiving the Green Futures Scholarship help you in this journey?
- What are your future plans? After graduation, what are your goals, and how will you stay connected with the University of Exeter?
- Be clear, concise, and passionate in your responses!
