Requirements and eligibility Criteria;
- Must be a citizen of a Sub-Saharan African country (second citizenship in the EEA makes you ineligible).
- Completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree at one of Sciences Po’s reference institutions.
- Alternatively, enroll in a foundation or mentoring program partnered with the Mastercard Foundation.
- Demonstrate genuine financial need (proof of financial status required).
- Show commitment to driving change in Africa, especially in public policy or societal transitions.
- Be under 35 years old at the start of the Master’s program.
- Applying for a two-year Master’s at one of Sciences Po’s Graduate Schools (not eligible for one-year, dual, or joint programs).
- Not already holding or completing a Master’s degree.
