Singapore is cooperating with ICAO towards organizing a suitable training program to pass on the required skills to competent government officials, organizations, and individuals from developing countries who are eligible to register for the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP) 2024. This project is funded by the Singapore Government under the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau and aims at developing human resources in the aviation sector

Annually, 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships are offered free of charge to deserving candidates by the Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme to nationals from the eligible countries of the ICAO that are in the process of development.

  • Create an iSAA Account: Log in to your iSAA account if you already have one or proceed with creating an account right away if you have no account.
  • Access the Course Application Link: After having logged in, find your way to the course application link listed in the Line spanning across the table below, the column with the heading Graduate Students’ Application Link.
  • Verify Course Details: Ensure that the name as you might intend to apply and the course date have been properly entered. Choose the option of country, and customize it according to the type of organization, then reach “Apply Fellowship” by simply clicking on it.
