Global Leadership Challenge 2025 Programme for Young Leaders
Suitably qualified postgraduate students and young professionals ready to tackle the world’s pressing challenges and grow into impactful global leaders are invited to apply for the fully funded St. Gallen Symposium Global Leadership Challenge 2025.
This exciting opportunity will bring together 100 young leaders from around the world, chosen through a competitive application process. This program is for you if you are committed to authentic leadership and have a passion for solving global compelling challenges. GLC is free to join and can be done online making it easy for future changemakers regardless of their locations to participate.

Requirements and eligibility criteria;
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or a young professional aged 21-30.
- Completed undergraduate studies.
- Demonstrated commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience.
- Available to participate for five half-days from 12-16 December 2024.
- Active participation is required to receive a Certificate of Achievement.

Application Procedures (How to apply);
- Complete the online application for the Global Leadership Challenge 2024.
- Once your application is accepted, you’ll be placed in a diverse group with four other members.
- Your preferences for the challenge area will be considered during group allocation.
- You can also request to be grouped with specific applicants if desired.
