Requirements and eligibility criteria for African Development Bank Group 2024 Young Professionals Program (YPP) :
- Citizenship of a member country of the African Development Bank Group
- Age of 32 years or younger
- Possession of a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with exceptional academic credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in areas related to the Bank’s high-priority areas (Hi-5s)
- Proficiency in coding, e-development, animation, and platform design and maintenance is desirable
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Africa or other developing countries
Passion for Africa’s development - Ability to share knowledge, coach others, and work effectively in diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial drive, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving capability
- High business acumen and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in the Bank’s working languages, English and/or French
- Skills enabling work in a digital environment and adaptability to evolving technology
- Willingness to reside in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, and potentially other African countries as required by the Bank
