Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship 2024 for International Students
Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Foundation is thrilled to welcome applications from suitably qualified domestic and international students for the 2024/25 Scholarship who wish to study in any German university.
The award is for financial grants to highly qualified undergraduate, master’s (MA), and PhD students. Students from scientific and technical disciplines are actively encouraged to apply. The Scholarship Department also awards grants to foreign students who reside temporarily in Germany for study or research purposes.

- Proof of above-average academic achievement at school and/or university.
- Political and social engagement aligned with the aims of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation.
- At least B2 level or above.
- Strong leadership ability and willingness to adhere to the guidelines for Rosa Luxemburg Scholars.
- Admission to study a full-time course at a German university is mandatory for eligibility.
